This policy explains what information RevenueStack LLC (“RevenueStack Africa”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it and how we handle it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the Start a Project form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, website, the country or market you operate in, industry, company size, the nature of your project and anything you write in the free-text fields.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We may measure how the site is used with privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (page views, referrers and general device type, with no personal profiles). This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. When you send a project inquiry we also record the page you sent it from and, if you came from one of our Intelligence articles, which one.

How we use it

• To review your inquiry, respond to you and discuss a potential engagement.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Inquiries are handled by the people at RevenueStack Africa responsible for new engagements. Form submissions are processed by our form-handling and email providers, which act on our instructions. We do not share your details with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required afterwards for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Contact us using the details provided in our correspondence with you, or through the project inquiry form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
